Romar Construction Services Ltd will do there best to ensure there is no need to submit any formal complaints.
However in the event af any complaint about the standard of work carried out, the customer should first raise the matter with the company in order to give them the opportunity to rectify any alleged fault, defects or deviations from current standard. Romar will investigate the complaint made and take the necessary action to reolve the issue with in a reasonable time frame,.
